• "Volunteer" refers to the individual participating in a volunteer program.

• "Program" refers to any volunteer project or activity offered by the Company.

 

2. APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

 

• Volunteers must submit an application form and provide required documentation.

• The Company reserves the right to accept or decline applications.

 

3. PROGRAM FEES

 

• Program fees are non-refundable and due upon acceptance.

• Fees cover program coordination, accommodation, and meals.

 

4. VOLUNTEER RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Volunteers must:

  • Comply with program rules and guidelines.

  • Respect local customs and traditions.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

  • Report any concerns or issues to the program coordinator.

 

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

 

• Volunteers must:

  • Behave professionally and respectfully.

  • Avoid harmful or illegal activities.

  • Refrain from using drugs or excessive alcohol.

  • Respect fellow volunteers and program staff.

 

6. ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

 

• The Company provides accommodation and meals as specified in the program.

• Volunteers are responsible for any additional expenses.

 

7. INSURANCE

 

• Volunteers are responsible for obtaining travel insurance.

• The Company recommends insurance covering medical, travel, and liability risks.

 

8. VISA REQUIREMENTS

 

• Volunteers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas.

• The Company provides guidance on visa requirements.

 

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

• 30+ days prior to program start: 50% cancellation fee.

• 0-29 days prior to program start: 100% cancellation fee.

 

10. TERMINATION

 

• The Company reserves the right to terminate participation due to:

  • Non-compliance with program rules.

  • Breach of code of conduct.

  • Medical or safety concerns.

 

11. LIABILITY

 

• The Company is not liable for damages or losses resulting from:

  • Volunteer negligence or non-compliance.

  • Third-party services.

  • Unforeseen circumstances.

 

12. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

• Volunteers must maintain confidentiality regarding program information.

 

13. IMAGE RELEASE

 

• Volunteers grant permission for the Company to use images or testimonials.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

 

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Ugandan law.

 

15. ACCEPTANCE

 

• By submitting an application, Volunteers acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
